I work with painters at every stage of their career, across all mediums and subject matter. Whether you’re preparing for a competition deadline, updating your portfolio, building a print catalog, or documenting a body of work before a major show — reach out and we’ll figure out the right approach together.
Questions before you commit? Happy to answer them. What I can photograph, what file formats work for specific competitions, what to expect on the day — all fair game.
I’ve been photographing paintings for Twin Cities artists for over 15 years. White pastel on black, gold foil, ancient maps, charcoal, pencil, tile, textile, knit, collage, and even crop art for the MN State Fair — if you have an unusual situation or a tight deadline, I’ve likely handled something similar before.
Sessions are available Monday through Saturday. If you have a large collection or are traveling from outside the Twin Cities, mention that when you reach out so I can plan accordingly.

I’m located in Uptown, between Lake Calhoun and Lake of the Isles. Just 3 blocks West of Lunds & The Uptown Theater. I have a reserved parking spot right by the door that you can use.

It’s the 2nd building on the right, the red brick 3-story with the vines.
Park in Spot 42 (big yellow numbers on the fence).
Call or text when you are here and I’ll come out to meet you and bring in the paintings.
